This page describes how Trainix handles information collected on the public website and through demo inquiries. Customer training records are governed by the agreement with your organization.
Website
The public Trainix site collects the information you submit on forms, standard technical logs needed to operate the service, and any details you send by email. We use this information to respond to inquiries and to keep the site available.
Demo and sales inquiries
When you request a demo or contact sales, we receive your name, work email, organization, and any message you include. That information is used to follow up. It is not sold.
Customer accounts
Signed-in use of Trainix is limited to authorized personnel of customer organizations. Account and training data are held for that organization under its administrative controls.
